I would reccomend Titleist NXT or NXT Tour, they are pretty soft, durable and made by a good brand. They also have the arrows to line up your putts. They are a good ball for your swingspeed.

Try Nike power soft (green box). 2 yrs ago in ball test it rated colse to the $50 per dozen balls and you can buy them for about $15 a dozen. Absouletly the best inexpensive ball I have ever used. At $30 a dozen Titleist nxt tour is a great ball.

slow down your backswing and get tempo on your downswing, the one thing I do the most when I get a little off track is to go hit a lot of pitches and putt a lot of balls (when i can i get to two practice courses a day and putt 100 to 200 puts per green) try hitting pitch shots and knockdowns at flags, 120 and in with different clubs...hitting run-ups and high spinners, that way even if you are missing greens on approach you can still feel confident to land greens in puttable positions from up close

Call the course and ask, since courses have wildly differing policies that can vary based on where you're at.

Some courses do not allow walking, and mandate all players ride (this is common for weekend play).

Typically, you will need a driver's licence to take a cart because of liability and insurance reasons.

Hope this helps; enjoy your round. Remember to keep up with the group in front of you.

I'm not being a jackass, but with where I am in my game, I only buy gloves and balls online when I do buy online. Maybe the occasional shirt.

Having my clubs just right is important to me so I get fitted for all my clubs. at 6'3", I'm slightly taller than most of the regular length stuff sold in mass. That little extra step makes a difference in my game

Where I play most they charge $36 for 18 holes, and that is usually split between two golfers. You must be at least 16 years old.
